Accounting Technician: 

Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • minimum of 3 years public practice experience dealing with the accounting and taxation needs of private companies and their shareholders;
  • have experience in Bookkeeping and Simply Accounting (Sage 50)/Quickbooks;
  • be client service focused;
  • strong and professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • be comfortable with multi-tasking and multiple deadlines;
  • have a flexible personality and willingness to adapt to a changing and growing role;
  • have their own transportation;
  • have experience in Caseware and Profile.

Senior
Accountant:

Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • minimum of 3 years public practice experience dealing with the accounting and taxation needs of private companies and their shareholders;
  • CA or CPA designation;
  • comprehensive experience in compilation and review preparation;
  • be client service focused;
  • strong and professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • be comfortable with multi-tasking and multiple deadlines;
  • have a flexible personality and willingness to adapt to a changing and growing role;
  • have their own transportation;
  • have experience in Caseware and Profile.

Experience Bookkeeper:

Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • experience with attending to payables, receivables, payroll, financial statements etc. for multiple entities (for a bookkeeping role);
  • be comfortable with multi-tasking and multiple deadlines;
  • have a flexible personality and willingness to adapt to a changing and growing role;
  • have their own transportation.
  • have experience with Simply Accounting (Sage 50)/Quickbooks;
  • experience in a public practice environment would be an asset but not required.

Articling
Student:
